Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Consultant / Service Delivery Consultant with around 8 years of experience in Oracle Products Implementation and AMS projects. The ideal candidate will support pre-sales activities, solution design, effort estimation, and RFP/RFI responses, while collaborating with sales and delivery teams to propose scalable Oracle solutions. Strong communication skills, presentation ability, and flexibility to work across time zones are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting

  • Support pre-sales activities including RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, solution proposals, and client presentations.
  • Define solution architecture and approach for Oracle implementations and AMS engagements.
  • Work closely with sales, delivery, and technical teams to develop compelling proposals and win strategies.
  • Participate in client discussions, workshops, and solution demonstrations.

Estimation & Proposal Development

  • Prepare effort estimations for Oracle implementation and AMS support engagements.
  • Develop resource plans, project timelines, and delivery models.
  • Create detailed scope documents, assumptions, risks, and dependencies.

Project Implementation Methodology

  • Define and recommend project implementation methodologies for Oracle solutions.
  • Ensure alignment with best practices, governance frameworks, and delivery standards.
  • Support transition from pre-sales to delivery teams for successful project execution.

Presentation & Client Engagement

  • Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations for proposals, solution architecture, and executive briefings.
  • Present solution approaches and delivery models to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor during the pre-sales cycle.

Service Delivery Excellence

  • Contribute to delivery excellence initiatives including process improvements and reusable solution assets.
  • Support knowledge management, templates, and best practice frameworks.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle product implementation and AMS projects.
  • Strong experience in effort estimation and project planning.
  • Experience in RFP/RFI/RFQ response preparation.
  • Good understanding of Oracle implementation lifecycle and delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong PowerPoint presentation and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and collaborate with global teams.

Preferred / Good to Have

  • Experience in Consulting or Delivery Excellence roles.
  • Exposure to Oracle Cloud / Oracle Applications / Oracle ERP / HCM / SCM environments.
  • Experience in solution architecture or consulting engagements.
  • Knowledge of proposal management tools and estimation frameworks.
