Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and articulate Pre-Sales Consultant to drive customer engagement and support business growth. This role is ideal for someone with early-stage B2B SaaS experience who enjoys customer interaction, product storytelling, and outbound engagement across multiple channels.
This is a remote-first role based in Kolkata, where you will work closely with our sales and product teams to generate opportunities, conduct product demos, and build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Execute structured email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and engagement
Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings/demo sessions
Conduct product demos and presentations for potential customers
Create and host webinars to generate awareness and qualified leads
Use LinkedIn strategically for outreach and relationship building
Build and maintain prospect relationships through consistent engagement
Support the sales pipeline by qualifying leads and nurturing them until closure
Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, product queries, and onboarding support
Maintain CRM updates and track all customer interactions
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in B2B SaaS pre-sales / inside sales / SDR roles
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Conversational fluency in Hindi (mandatory)
Bengali speaking ability is a strong advantage
Hands-on experience in email marketing campaigns and outreach
Experience conducting product demos and customer presentations
Familiarity with LinkedIn-based prospecting and outreach
Strong follow-up discipline and customer relationship skills
Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working remotely
Tools & Platforms (Good to Have)
Experience with Apollo (lead generation & outreach)
Experience with Mailchimp (email marketing automation)
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (prospecting & outreach)
Basic familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
