Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers who register on the Appy Pie website.
- Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to understand customer requirements.
- Generate and qualify leads to schedule meetings with prospects.
- Achieve a daily target of 12 qualified meetings with client participation.
- Generate additional leads through independent research and outreach.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions and lead status.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to improve lead conversion.
- Build strong relationships with clients and effectively present Appy Pie's value propositions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in pre-sales, business development, or telesales, preferably in app/website development, SaaS, or IT services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to understand customer needs and present solutions effectively.
- Hands-on experience in lead generation and cold calling.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Flexible availability across time zones and shifts.
Incentive Structure:
- INR 500 for each qualified meeting attended by the client.
- INR 1,000 for each meeting generated through self-sourced leads.
- 5% of total revenue for every lead converted into a paying customer.
