Job Description

Title : Pre Sales Business Analyst

Experience : 2 - 8 years

Location : Bengaluru (Onsite)

Qualification: B.Tech, MBA in Operations/Commerce

Languages : English, Hindi & any regional languages

Job Overview:

The pre-sales business analyst contributes to strategic initiatives. Further, conduct market research, develop business cases, and ensure alignment with operational processes. Mentoring the analyst team, fostering continuous improvement, and overseeing project progress to achieve successful outcomes and facilitate informed decision-making.

 

Must have in-depth knowledge of Supply Chain and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

● Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.

● Develop business cases and feasibility studies for new projects.

● Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies.

● Provide strategic insights to stakeholders based on market trends and data analysis.

Business Process Analysis & Improvement

● Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement.

● Design and document workflows and processes.

● Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

● Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document high-level requirements.

● Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment across all phases of the project.

● Lead regular meetings to update stakeholders on progress and address concerns.

Leadership & Oversight

● Create detailed project plans and timelines; collaborate and coordinate with internal teams and project managers to ensure project success.

● Ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.

Data Analysis & Decision Support

● Perform data analysis and generate reports to support strategic decision-making.

● Oversee the use of data analytics to drive business improvements and new opportunities.

Quality Assurance & UAT

● Oversee the support for user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve issues in collaboration with the technical teams.

● Ensure that testing outcomes align with business objectives.

Additional Skills

  1. Strong interest in product management and ownership.
  2. Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  5. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  6. Experience with product management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.) is a plus but not mandatory.
  7. Oversee the development of commercial requirement solutions and tech proposals for clients.
