Job Description

Location: Jaipur

Experience Required: 1.5 to 4 Years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Industry: IT Services / Software Development

We are looking for a highly motivated and performance-driven Pre-Sales Business Analyst who can independently manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to project closure.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with platforms like Upwork, Bark, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, along with strong proposal-writing, client communication, and business analysis skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through Upwork, Bark, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other online channels
  • Write compelling proposals, cover letters, and bids to win projects
  • Manage and optimize company profiles on freelance platforms
  • Handle end-to-end pre-sales activities, including:
  • Lead generation
  • Requirement gathering
  • Proposal preparation
  • Client presentations and meetings
  • Negotiation and follow-ups
  • Project closure
  • Conduct client discussions to understand business and technical requirements
  • Prepare business documents such as proposals, SOWs, BRDs, and presentations
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and market demands
  • Coordinate with technical teams to prepare accurate solutions, estimations, and project approaches

Required Skills

  • Proven experience with Upwork, Bark, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong proposal writing and bidding skills
  • Experience in freelance profile management and account optimization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle client calls and convert leads into projects
  • Understanding of modern technologies such as AI, SaaS, Mobile Apps, Web Development, and Cloud Solutions
  • Experience in closing high-value projects will be an added advantage

Preferred Qualification

  • 1.5+ years of experience in IT pre-sales or business development
  • Strong understanding of software development services and digital solutions
  • Demonstrated track record of winning projects through freelance platforms

Performance Incentives
