Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Pre-Sales role located in Chennai. The Pre-Sales professional will engage with potential clients to provide comprehensive consulting and address customer needs. They will support the sales team by analyzing customer requirements, offering tailored recommendations, and demonstrating the value of BBCL's residential and commercial properties. The role also involves maintaining strong communication with prospective customers to build trust and ensure a seamless sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate customer requirements and provide effective solutions
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients and deliver exceptional support
- Experience in Consulting and Presales to provide tailored property recommendations and support sales strategies
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous
- Prior experience in real estate or a related industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
