We are looking for a Pre-Sales Associate Intern to join the passionate Codingal team.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage telecalling to existing signup users to generate leads and conversions.
  • Work on LeadSquared CRM and telecalling tools like 3CX for day-to-day tasks.
  • Initiate outbound calls to existing users of Codingal for lead generation for trial booking.
  • Conduct outbound calls to qualify leads, as well as follow up with reminder calls.
  • Conduct CNA (customer need assessment) for every lead.

Requirements:

  • Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs.
  • Learning mindset and the right attitude to adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage tasks effectively.
  • Ability to ask the right questions and qualify a customer&aposs needs.
  • Understand the regional nuances of the designated market
  • Understanding the Sales metrics and numbers.

The candidate should be comfortable working at rotational shifts if required.

Salary: 15-20k plus performance linked incentives.

Location: Bengaluru (on-site)

Duration: 3 months. Internship can be converted into a full time position based on performance.
