Job Summary
We are seeking a client-facing Argus Presales professional to support sales engagements for Argus cybersecurity solutions. The role focuses on solution positioning, product demonstrations, PoCs, and proposal support, translating technical capabilities into strong business value for enterprise and government customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales teams in positioning Argus cybersecurity & DFIR solutions.
- Deliver product demos, solution walkthroughs, and customer presentations.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements.
- Design and present Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Assist in RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and bid documentation.
- Develop presales collateral such as solution decks, use cases, and pitch materials.
- Act as a technical advisor during customer and stakeholder discussions.
- Collaborate with product, DFIR, and engineering teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years in Presales, Cybersecurity, DFIR, or Solution Consulting.
- Understanding of cybersecurity and DFIR concepts.
- Familiarity with SIEM, logs, threat analysis, and Windows forensic artifacts.
- Experience in client-facing demos and presentations.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Defense, Law Enforcement, BFSI, or Government customers.
- Knowledge of Windows internals or malware analysis is a plus.
Certifications like CEH, Security+, GCFE (preferred).
