Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically proficient Pre-Sales Architect with 2–3years of experience in IT Infrastructure solutions. The candidate will support the sales team by understanding customer requirements, preparing technical solutions, creating proposals, and assisting in pre-sales engagements. The role requires strong knowledge of servers, storage, virtualisation, networking, cloud fundamentals, and data centre technologies.

Key Responsibilities

·          Understand customer business and technical requirements.

·          Assist in designing IT infrastructure solutions for enterprise customers.

·          Prepare technical proposals, BOMs, SOWs, and solution documentation.

·          Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.

·          Support the sales team during customer meetings and technical discussions.

·          Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations.

·          Coordinate with OEMs and distributors for solution sizing, pricing, and technical support.

·          Recommend appropriate server, storage, virtualisation, networking, backup, and cloud solutions.

·          Ensure timely submission of techno-commercial proposals.

·          Work closely with the delivery team for seamless project handover.

·          Stay updated with the latest infrastructure technologies and OEM offerings.

Required Technical Skills

·      Basic understanding of Servers, Storage, and Data Center Infrastructure.

·      Knowledge of Virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix), Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions.

·      Fundamentals of Microsoft Azure and AWS Cloud.

·      Basic Networking concepts (LAN, WAN, VLAN, Switching, Routing),  Firewall and Network Security concepts.

·      Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

·      Strong communication and presentation skills.

·      Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·      Customer-focused approach.

·      Ability to prepare technical documentation and presentations.

·      Willingness to learn new technologies.

Educational Qualification    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.

Preferred Certifications      

·        Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) ;

·        AWS Cloud Practitioner ;

·        VMware VCTA/VCP (preferred);

·        Nutanix NCA (preferred) ;

·        Cisco CCNA
