Required Skills & Experience
- 14 years of experience in pre-sales, outbound marketing, or B2B lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with Apollo, email automation tools, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Experience in cold calling and prospect qualification.
- Strong written communication skills for professional B2B email messaging.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline tracking.
- Strong research and prospect profiling skills.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Lead Generation
- Identify and build targeted prospect lists using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn, Volza and other B2B databases.
- Research companies, decision-makers, and industries aligned with the company's ICP.
Cold Email Campaign Management
- Design and execute multi-step cold email sequences using Apollo.
- Personalize outreach messages based on prospect research and industry insights.
- Monitor campaign performance including open rates, reply rates, and meeting conversions.
- Continuously optimize email messaging through A&B testing, targeting, and sequencing based on analytics.
LinkedIn Outreach
- Execute targeted LinkedIn connection campaigns and personalized messaging sequences.
- Engage with prospects through comments, messages, and content interactions.
- Build credibility through professional engagement such as posts with relevant industry audiences.
Pre sales
- Deeply research and understand the lead and validate them with in the SLA.
- Renurture the leads periodically and continuously market them through various channels such as news letters.
- Make sure the lead has full understanding of frigate and qualify deals based on frigate business template.
Cold Calling & Prospect Qualification
- Conduct structured cold calls to target prospects to introduce the company and qualify interest.
- Identify potential opportunities and schedule meetings for the sales team.
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate prospect and campaign data in the CRM system.
- Track outreach activities including emails, calls, LinkedIn messages, and responses.
- Ensure all qualified leads are properly documented and transferred to the sales team.
Collaboration with Sales & Marketing
- Work closely with sales teams to align on ideal customer profiles, messaging, and outreach strategies.
- Provide feedback on market response and lead quality.
- Conduct Regular meetings with the internal teams to formalise marketing strategies
