We are hiring for a Pre-Prod Engineer based at NSEZ, Noida. B. Tech (Electronics) /BCA Fresher with basic programing skills are preferred. Must be open for 6 days/week working environment.
Role & responsibilities include:
- Testing & Validating product for a production run. (Creation of sample SIM card & validate and Parameters).
- Understanding of production setup like Laser files (VLM), Fulfilment & packaging specs, output files, DAD/Proof Codes.
- Basic knowledge of cryptographic keys and key management.
- Proficiency in machine operations.
- Monitoring for new product installation on time & co-ordination with Planning.
- Co-ordination with Production and Pre-Production team & OPP.
- New Product introduction training to all stake holders (Production & Quality).
- To monitor and work on the data generation engine and generation of the data.
- PFMEA analysis and the process for identifying improvement areas and conduct training for Engineers.
- Working on the ERP system.
- Need a person with an eye on mapping customer expectations as per specifications vs output of the configured products.
