Pre-primary Teaching

Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pre-primary Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing and educating young children, fostering their development through creative and interactive learning experiences. Preferred applicants residing in and around Varthur/Gunjur and nearby location.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for young children.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess and monitor children's progress and development.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress.
• Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance educational programs.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a pre-primary teaching role.
• Strong understanding of child development principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate educational materials.
• Knowledge of various teaching methodologies and assessment tools.
• Patience and a genuine passion for working with young children.
