Pre Primary Teacher

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of students.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through informal and formal methods.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and development.
• Collaborate with fellow educators and participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement.
• Integrate technology into the classroom to enhance the learning experience.
• Encourage co-curricular activities to support holistic student development.
• Uphold the values and vision of The Shishukunj International School.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or relevant field.
• Strong understanding of child development and learning theories.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a similar role.
• Experience working in a Co-Ed Day School is preferable.
• Demonstrated ability to engage students and promote a love for learning.
