Your Role in the TRS Classroom:

- Plan and execute age-appropriate, engaging lesson experiences

- Encourage spoken English and expression in a natural, pressure-free environment

- Handle classroom routines with calm authority and consistency

- Build strong, respectful relationships with both children and parents

- Work closely with your team to ensure continuity across sections

- Be observant and proactive in identifying developmental or behavioural concerns
