Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate, caring, and enthusiastic
Pre-Primary Teacher who can create a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for young children. The candidate should have a strong understanding of early childhood education and be able to make learning enjoyable through play-based and activity-based teaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities for pre-primary students.
- Use play-based, activity-based, and experiential learning methods.
- Develop children's language, communication, motor, social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
- Conduct storytelling, rhymes, art & craft, music, dance, and other creative activities.
- Maintain a warm, safe, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Monitor students learning, development, behaviour, and overall progress.
- Prepare lesson plans, classroom activities, worksheets, and learning resources.
- Encourage positive behaviour, good habits, sharing, and teamwork among students.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress and classroom activities.
- Maintain proper classroom records and documentation.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, activities, and other academic responsibilities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support the overall development of students.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field; ECCEd / NTT / D.El.Ed. qualification preferred.
- Prior experience in teaching Pre-Primary / Nursery / KG students will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Creative, patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach towards young learners.
- Ability to use innovative and interactive teaching methods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital teaching tools will be an advantage
