Kanakia International School, Mira Road is seeking a passionate, caring, and creative Pre-Primary Teacher to nurture young learners in a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment aligned with the ICSE curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities for Nursery, Jr. KG, and Sr. KG students.
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Use play-way and activity-based teaching methodologies.
- Develop children's language, motor, cognitive, emotional, and social skills.
- Organize storytelling, music, art, craft, phonics, rhymes, and movement activities.
- Monitor and record students progress and developmental milestones.
- Maintain classroom discipline with patience and care.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development and classroom activities.
- Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and learning materials.
- Participate actively in school events, meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Ensure the overall well-being and safety of students at all times.
Qualification & Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- NTT / Montessori / ECCEd certification mandatory.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Pre-Primary or Early Years teaching preferred.
