Job Purpose
To create a safe, joyful, and engaging learning environment that supports the holistic development of pre-primary children through age-appropriate pedagogy aligned with CBSE guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons using play-based and experiential learning methods.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, language, and motor skill development in young learners.
- Create a warm, inclusive, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Observe, assess, and document children's progress and maintain accurate records.
- Integrate art, music, storytelling, rhymes, and hands-on activities into daily teaching.
- Encourage positive behaviour, values, and independence among children.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and well-being.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, trainings, and staff meetings.
- Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are strictly followed in the classroom.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support school initiatives and culture.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate with ECC.Ed / Montessori / D.Ed (Pre-Primary) qualification.
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE or reputed pre-primary setup preferred.
- Freshers with strong passion for early childhood education may also apply.
