This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Pre-primary Teacher. The role involves planning and delivering engaging lessons that prioritize the learning, growth, and development of young learners. The Pre-primary Teacher will create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans, foster curiosity and creativity, and encourage the social, emotional, and intellectual development of students. Additional responsibilities include organizing activities, assessing student progress, and collaborating with parents and school staff to provide a supportive learning environment.

• Proficiency in Curriculum Development and Elementary Education techniques
• Strong expertise in Teaching methodologies tailored to young learners
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interaction with students, parents, and colleagues
• An educational background or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Ability to foster a creative, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
• Passion for working with children and a commitment to their holistic development
• Experience in implementing innovative teaching strategies is a plus
