Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and nurturing Pre-Primary Teacher to create a joyful, engaging, and safe learning environment for young learners. The ideal candidate should foster curiosity, creativity, and holistic development through age-appropriate teaching methods and interactive activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct engaging classroom activities for pre-primary students
- Create a positive, inclusive, and child-friendly learning environment
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
- Use creative teaching methods such as storytelling, music, art, and play-based learning
- Monitor and document students progress and development
- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student growth and classroom activities
- Ensure classroom discipline, safety, and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff for events and curriculum planning
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Early Childhood Education / NTT/ PTTC or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with young children
- Creativity, patience, and classroom management abilities
- Basic knowledge of child psychology and developmental milestones
- Prior teaching experience in pre-primary grades is preferred
