Position Overview
The Pre-Primary Teacher will nurture and educate children aged 36, laying a strong
foundation for lifelong learning. The educator will use a blend of digital tools and traditional approaches to foster a joyful, safe, and developmentally appropriate classroom
environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement interactive, age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Foster creative, social, emotional, and cognitive skills through play-based and
experiential activities.
- Monitor, assess, and record the developmental progress of each child.
- Engage with parents to provide updates and guidance on their child's learning
journey.
- Maintain classroom safety and discipline in both digital and physical settings.
- Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum planning and professional growth.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or any discipline with
NTT/ECCE/Montessori certification (as per institutional/CBSE norms).
- 13 years of experience in teaching pre-primary classes (fresh graduates with strong teaching aptitude may also apply).
