Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for young learners.
- Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and social development.
- Foster a love for learning through engaging teaching methods, storytelling, and interactive activities.
- Provide individualized attention and support to students to meet their unique needs.
- Monitor and assess student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and caregivers.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive and collaborative teaching environment.
- Always ensure the safety and well-being of students.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and progress reports.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field.
- Montessori or other relevant certification is preferred.
- Previous experience working with young children in a preschool setting is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff members.
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a classroom effectively.
- Familiarity with current teaching methods and techniques for early childhood education.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Saturday
- Option 1: 8:30 AM to 3.00 PM [one Saturday off]
- Option 2: 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM
