Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Pre-primary Teacher role located in K Narayanapur / Kothanur Bengaluru. The Pre-primary Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing educational activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development in young children. Day-to-day tasks include creating lesson plans, engaging children in play-based learning, facilitating creative activities, and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment. The role also involves monitoring each child's progress and collaborating with parents and staff to provide the best developmental support for every child.

Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood education, with skills in planning and delivering age-appropriate learning activities
• Ability to create a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, parents, and colleagues
• Organizational and time-management skills to plan lessons and track student progress efficiently
• A degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for working with young children
• Knowledge of play-based learning approaches and child safety regulations is a plus
