We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre-primary Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a love of learning in young children through engaging and developmentally appropriate teaching methods. The Pre-primary Teacher will create a safe and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans for young children.
- Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Assess and monitor children's progress and development, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Incorporate play-based learning and hands-on activities to foster children's social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
- Collaborate with parents and other educators to support children's growth and development.
- Maintain classroom records and documentation as required.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in teaching preschool or early childhood education.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Creative and resourceful in developing educational materials and activities.
- Ability to create a nurturing and positive learning environment.
