Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site teaching role based in Jaipur. As a Pre Primary, Primary, or Secondary School Teacher at Mayura School, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons that align with the ICSE curriculum, fostering critical thinking and creativity in students. You will be expected to develop lesson plans, assess student progress, manage classroom activities, and provide a safe, inclusive learning environment. Collaborating with fellow educators and participating in school events and extracurricular activities are essential aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong instructional skills with the ability to design and deliver lessons tailored to students learning needs.
• Proficiency in classroom management, ensuring a disciplined, structured, and inclusive environment.
• Knowledge of educational technologies and tools to integrate modern teaching practices into the classroom.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Proficiency in planning and assessing student performance effectively in alignment with ICSE curriculum requirements.
• Experience in working with children in Pre Primary, Primary, or Secondary education is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; a B.Ed. qualification is highly preferred.
