Hope you are doing well we are urgently looking for Pre Primary Teacher and the skills we required is, Academic Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement a child-centered curriculum based on play-way and activity-based learning.
  • Align teaching methods with early education guidelines from bodies like NCERT and CBSE (if applicable).
  • Monitor lesson plans, classroom activities, and student progress.
  • Introduce innovative teaching methods, storytelling, and creative activities.

Teacher & Staff Management

  • Recruit, train, and mentor pre-primary teachers and support staff.
  • Conduct regular classroom observations and provide feedback.
  • Organize workshops and professional development sessions.
  • Ensure staff maintain a positive, nurturing classroom environment.

Child Development & Welfare

  • Ensure holistic development: cognitive, emotional, social, and physical.
  • Monitor each child's growth and address learning or behavioral concerns.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children.
  • Implement child safety and hygiene standards.

Parent Engagement

  • Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress.
  • Conduct parent-teacher meetings (PTMs) and orientation sessions.
  • Handle parent concerns professionally and empathetically.
  • Build strong school–parent relationships.

Administrative Duties

  • Oversee admissions, attendance, and student records.
  • Manage timetables, daily schedules, and school events.
  • Ensure proper use of classroom materials and resources.
  • Coordinate with other departments and school management.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure the school follows education policies and safety regulations.
  • Maintain documentation required by education authorities.
  • Conduct internal audits to maintain teaching standards.

Event & Activity Management

  • Plan celebrations (Annual Day, Sports Day, festivals).
  • Organize extracurricular activities like art, music, and storytelling.
  • Encourage participation to build confidence in children.
