Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pre Post Sales Engineer based in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales and technical teams to provide pre-sales support, conduct product demonstrations, and offer technical consultations to prospective customers. They will also assist in post-sales activities, including customer onboarding, addressing technical issues, managing customer relations, and ensuring optimal product performance. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and effective implementation of the company's solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Engineering and Sales to provide technical expertise and support to both sales teams and customers.
  • Proficiency in Technical Support, including troubleshooting and addressing complex product or system issues.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build strong relationships and address customer needs effectively.
  • Understanding of diverse technology solutions, with knowledge of server, storage, and display systems being advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer requirements.
  • Previous experience with mission-critical environments or similar sectors is a plus.
