Role Description The Pre Post Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves engaging with potential and existing customers to understand requirements, design appropriate technology solutions, and provide technical support before and after sales. Daily tasks include preparing proposals, conducting product demonstrations, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring smooth implementation of solutions. The Pre Post Sales Engineer also addresses customer queries, resolves technical issues, and maintains ongoing relationships to support customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to design solutions and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients professionally and build long-term relationships.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to support lead generation, proposal preparation, and closing opportunities.
• Candidates should have a good understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, security, and audio-visual systems.
• Relevant technical degree or diploma in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in pre-sales or post-sales engineering, especially in IT or electronics, is an added advantage.
