Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: HSC / Graduate

- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience required

- Experience in any of the following:

- AR (Accounts Receivable)

- Pre-Authorization / Pre-Auth

- Medical Billing

- B2 Level English Communication is mandatory

- Candidates should be comfortable working in a voice process.

Salary

Up to 33,000 In-Hand

Salary will depend on qualification and relevant experience.

Role & Responsibilities

As a Pre-Billing Voice Process Executive, you will:

- Handle voice interactions related to pre-billing and healthcare processes.

- Coordinate with customers, healthcare providers, or relevant teams as required.

- Verify and collect necessary billing-related information.

- Handle queries related to billing, authorization, and claims.

- Maintain accurate records of customer/process interactions.

- Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.

- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of queries.

- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team when required.

- Maintain required communication and process quality standards.
