Job Summary:

The Pursuit Resource Center provides support to the firm's small sized deals - saving time, driving efficiency and ensuring client servers have access to a broad range of well received and accurate materials to leverage in their pursuit efforts. This role actively supports our pursuit innovation strategy and contributes directly to the products and services to make pursuit efforts more effective

As part of the Pursuit Resource Center, the Deal Tools & Innovation team is responsible for driving pursuit excellence across EY, with a focus on empowering and supporting self-service pursuit teams. They act as a brand ambassador to ensure that EY's pursuit self-help strategy meets the needs of pursuit teams.

The Deal Tools and Innovation team is drives driving the innovation, development and maintenance of EY's Pursuit technology stack, identifying opportunities to drive greater evaluation, reduce duplication and improve customer experience on pursuits. The Deals T&I team works closely with business leadership and internal functions to drive adoption of the PRC's products, services and tools to meet the pursuit needs of the business. Ongoing stakeholder engagement with region, service line, and sector leadership is a critical part of the team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

Tools Ownership & Delivery

• Is responsible for innovating, enhancing, managing and maintaining PRC tools engaging with the business and other internal functions to meet customer needs
• Works with various teams to ensure minimum downtime and feedback is captured and actioned
• Contribute to reporting/developing insights from KPIs/metrics to demonstrate the effectiveness and impact of pursuit self-help in the domain
• Understand developing trends in the industry and find ways to imbibe best practices in tools roadmap

Tool Branding and Awareness

• Acts as a brand ambassador to ensure that EY's pursuit self-help strategy and tools meets the needs of pursuit teams aligned.
• Work with Deals T&I leadership to increase awareness and adoption of PRC self-help products and services
• Co-develops and delivers presentations and training on pursuit tools and innovation to all levels of the organization

Automation & Low Code Solutions

• Design, build, test, and maintain Power Automate workflows to streamline pursuit related processes and reduce manual effort.
• Develop and enhance Power Apps to support intake, tracking, approvals, and reporting for PRC tools and services.
• Troubleshoot issues independently, identify root causes, and implement sustainable fixes with minimal supervision.

Analytics & Reporting (Good to Have)

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to track tool usage, demand trends, service performance, and adoption metrics.
• Translate data into clear insights that support PRC leadership decision making and continuous improvement initiatives.

AI & Emerging Technology Enablement (Good to Have)

• Support pilots and use case development using Copilot Agent Builder and Copilot Studio, including simple agents, workflows, and productivity accelerators aligned to pursuit needs.
• Identify and share opportunities for continuous improvement, use of AI, including ways to innovate, optimize, and enhance EY's pursuit self-help tools.

Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement

• Act as a trusted point of contact for pursuit teams using PRC tools, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and best practice recommendations.
• Support training sessions, demos, and knowledge sharing to improve awareness and adoption of PRC tools and innovation solutions.

Supervision Responsibilities:

This role has supervisory responsibilities and direct reports from the same team.

• Collaboration & Relationship Building: Ability to engage effectively with pursuit teams, and other Clients and Industry teams to understand tools self-help needs and deliver practical support
• Content Management: Strong understanding of pursuit content processes
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, Power Query, dashboards, data validation).
• Team work and collaboration: Works collaboratively, leads projects and workstreams, supports colleagues and contributes to overall team success

• Power BI (data modeling, DAX, report and dashboard development).
• Copilot Agent Builder and Copilot Studio or demonstrated interest in AI enabled productivity tools..

Job Requirements:

Education:

• University/Bachelors degree, Masters Degree Preferred (MBA)

Experience:

• 10 -12 years experience pursuits, knowledge, or client service, demonstrating an understanding of pursuits and content navigation.
• Experience working in a cross-border, multi-cultural environment
• Knowledge of the bid process, content management, basic SharePoint
