Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site or off site located in Jammu for the position of Prakram Manager. The Prakram Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales in the assigned territory, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategies to achieve business objectives. The role also includes recruiting, training, and mentoring a high-performing sales team to enhance operational efficiency and meet revenue targets. The individual will actively engage in market analysis and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and relationship management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a sales team
- Strategic planning and market analysis expertise
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle targets and work under pressure to meet business goals
