Practice Manager

Key Expectations

  • Act as a working manager / manager of managers, accountable for overall team performance
  • Own end-to-end delivery across Operations and/or Technology ensuring client satisfaction
  • Drive client delivery, financial performance, quality, and risk management
  • Define measurable KPIs and build a sustainable delivery model
  • Lead resource strategy, demandu2013supply planning, and capacity optimization
  • Deliver against financial targets for the practice
  • Develop, coach, and engage teams while building a strong talent pipeline and succession plan

Role Description

The Practice Manager is a working manager or manager of managers accountable for the overall performance of the practice and its members. The role owns all aspects of deliveryu2014Operations and/or Technologyu2014to ensure customer and client satisfaction through effective planning, execution, monitoring, and risk management.

The Practice Manager defines key success metrics, builds strong client relationships, and creates a sustainable delivery model that meets or exceeds contractual performance standards. The role also leads to resource strategy, financial planning, and demandu2013supply alignment, while ensuring seamless transitions for new client implementations.

In addition, the Practice Manager has full accountability for people and talent management, including performance assessment, career development, engagement, retention, and succession planning, while collaborating across performance teams for seamless client delivery.

Practice Manager u2013 Operations Aligned
