Practice Leader - Private Equity (Executive Search)

We are looking for high-impact leaders to join our organization in a Senior Leadership capacity, driving our Private Equity (PE) Vertical.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of client acquisition, leadership hiring and P&L management. Looking candidates of minimum 12 - 17 years of experience.

Location : Mumbai / Gurgaon / Pune

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and lead the PE vertical, hiring practice

• Drive new client acquisition across PE firms, portfolio companies and manage independent mandates

• Own and deliver senior leadership & CXO search assignments

• Manage P&L with a strong focus on revenue growth and profitability

• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team

• Build long-term client relationships and act as a trusted advisor

What we're looking for:

• Proven track record in Executive Search / Leadership Hiring

• Strong network within Private Equity firms

• Demonstrated success in business development and client engagement

• Ability to independently manage mandates with high ownership

• Strong leadership capability with experience in team management
