Job Title: - Practice Leader – Data, AI & Analytics Engineering
The Practice Leader – Data, AI & Analytics Engineering will be responsible for building and scaling Quess's data and AI practice, driving innovation across Data Platforms, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, and AI/ML solutions
.This is a practice-building leadership role with end-to-end ownership of capability development, solutioning, client engagement, and ecosystem partnerships—focused on delivering data-driven transformation and business outcomes for enterprise clients

esPractice & CoE Developme
nt• Build and scale the Data, AI & Analytics Engineering practice with a focus on modern data architectures and analytics platform
s.• Design and establish Centers of Excellence (CoEs) across Data Engineering, BI Visualization, and AI/M
L.• Define best practices for data ingestion, transformation, governance, security, and observability across hybrid/multi-cloud environment
s.• Drive reusable assets, frameworks, and accelerators for scalable deliver
y.Solutioning, Pre-Sales & Customer Engageme
nt• Lead solution architecture, technical proposals, and RFP/RFI responses for data and AI transformation program
s.• Conduct client workshops, demos, and POCs showcasing data pipelines, dashboards, and AI/ML use case
s.• Partner with Sales and Account teams to build data modernization and AI-led transformation roadmap
s.• Translate complex business problems into data-driven insights and predictive solution

es• Build and strengthen partnerships with hyperscale's and platforms such as Microsoft, AWS, Google, Databricks, and Snowflak

• 12–16 years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, or
AI/ML• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in data platforms and/or AI technol
ogies• Proven experience in building/scaling data practices or CoEs in IT services or digital transformation environ
ments• Strong expertise in data modernization, governance, and end-to-end analytics life
cycle• Experience across at least one major cloud ecosystem (AWS, Azure, or
GCP)• Mandatory experience in supporting sales and pre-sales, solution architecture, and enterprise consu
