Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Practice Lead Insurance to drive strategic growth, solution delivery, and operational excellence across insurance technology and consulting engagements. This role requires strong domain expertise in insurance, leadership experience, and the ability to build and scale high-performing practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the Insurance Practice, including strategy, delivery, and P&L ownership
  • Define and execute practice roadmap, service offerings, and go-to-market strategies
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and clients to understand business needs and provide solution leadership
  • Drive pre-sales activities, including solution design, proposals, and client presentations
  • Oversee delivery excellence across insurance programs, ensuring quality, timelines, and compliance
  • Build, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams (delivery, architecture, consulting)
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and technology teams to expand insurance capabilities
  • Track industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the insurance domain.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 12+ years of overall experience, with strong exposure to Insurance domain
  • Proven experience leading insurance practice / COE / portfolio
  • Strong knowledge of Life, Health, P&C, or Reinsurance domains
  • Experience with digital transformation, core insurance platforms, and modernization programs
  • Solid understanding of insurance operations, underwriting, claims, policy administration
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Experience in pre-sales, solutioning, and client-facing leadership roles.
