We at Coforge are hiring Practice Lead with the following skillset:
Responsibilities:
- Drive UX strategy and Experience Definition for marquee clients; shape journeys, service blueprints, wireframes, interaction models, and design systems.
- Establish delivery excellence standards for UX across all engagement's frameworks, playbooks, templates, governance, and review mechanisms.
- Partner with DXP (Adobe/Sitecore/Optimizely), Mobility, Modern Frontend, and Digital Marketing teams to deliver integrated experience programs.
- Build and scale cross-functional pods with UX researchers, product designers, UI designers, content strategists, and design system engineers.
- Own presales for UX: solutioning, scoping, estimation, client storytelling, proposal creation, and case study development.
- Evangelize design thinking and customer-centricity across business, engineering, and product stakeholders.
- Create and maintain reusable assets: design system accelerators, persona libraries, journey templates, accessibility toolkits, and usability testing frameworks.
- Represent Coforge at client CxO discussions, design councils, industry forums, and partner events. Experience
Required:
- 14-20 years of experience in UX, with at least 5+ years leading large teams
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale UX for transformation programs (multi-channel, multi-market, regulated industries preferred).
- Strong background in UX research, information architecture, interaction design, and design systems.
- Deep familiarity with omnichannel journeys, total experience, mobile-first experience, and DXP-driven user journeys.
- Experience working alongside engineering, product, and data teams.
- Ability to handle ambiguity, build structure, and lead conversations with senior client stakeholders.
