Requirements

Candidates are required to have these mandatory skills to get the eligibility of their profile assessed. The must have requirements are:

• Extensive Leadership Experience: Over 12-15 years of experience in IT with most recent 3-5+yrs experience as Practice Lead, heading pre-sales, solutioning and software engineering and delivery management, with a proven track record in senior leadership roles such as Director and Associate Director.
• Domain Expertise: Deep expertise in P&C insurance systems, with experience designing and delivering business-critical solutions.
• Cloud and Application Engineering: Comprehensive knowledge of .Net, Java, Microservices architecture, Domain Driven Design, Solution for P&C industries, AI, GenAI, DevSecOps, Integrations (Mules, WSO2 etc), cloud-native architectures (Azure, AWS), microservices, and DevSecOps practices to enable scalable and secure applications.
• Proven Innovator: Demonstrated success in building accelerators, tools, and strategies to drive productivity and enhance time-to-market.
• Stakeholder and Client Management: Strong experience in engaging with stakeholders, presenting to CXO level executives, proposal defense, managing client relationships, and delivering high-impact solutions that align with business objectives.
• Team Leadership and Mentorship: Skilled in building and managing high-performing teams across remote locations, with a focus on talent development and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Governing Modern Engineering Practices: Expertise in ensuring projects are deliverd with well-defined modern engineering practices. They are well-governed for implementations and adherence across the projects/enterprise.
• Operational Efficiency: Strong focus on process improvement, continuous delivery, and leveraging data-driven insights to achieve organizational goals.
• Communication and Influence: Ability to effectively communicate technical strategies and progress to stakeholders at all levels, fostering collaboration and alignment.
