Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Oracle Fusion Practice Head to build and lead our Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications practice.
The role requires a senior Oracle professional with strong experience in Oracle Applications and significant exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud. The individual will be responsible for building the Fusion competency, developing a team of functional and technical specialists, providing solution and delivery leadership, and supporting business development and customer engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead the Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications practice.
- Define the practice roadmap, capabilities and team structure across key Fusion modules.
- Recruit, develop and mentor functional and technical Fusion consultants and module specialists.
- Provide solution leadership for Oracle Fusion implementations and transformation programs.
- Guide solution architecture, implementation approach, effort estimation and delivery planning.
- Establish delivery methodologies, standards and governance for Fusion engagements.
- Work with Sales and Pre-Sales teams on customer discussions, RFPs, proposals, solution presentations and estimations.
- Provide senior-level oversight for Fusion projects and support resolution of critical delivery or solution issues.
- Build reusable methodologies, accelerators and best practices for the practice.
- Drive practice growth through capability development, resource planning and customer opportunities.
Experience & Skills
- 15+ years of overall experience in Oracle Applications / Enterprise Applications.
- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, with multiple end-to-end implementation engagements.
- Good understanding of the broader Fusion ecosystem, including ERP/Financials and exposure to areas such as SCM, Procurement, HCM, Projects/PPM and EPM.
- Deep expertise in at least one Fusion functional or technical area, with strong cross-module understanding.
- Experience leading and building teams of Oracle functional and technical consultants.
- Strong experience in solutioning, delivery leadership, estimation and customer-facing engagements.
- Experience in pre-sales, RFP responses and solution presentations.
- Prior experience in building or scaling an Oracle Fusion practice/competency will be highly preferred.
