Job Title: Practice Head – ERP (Oracle Practice)

Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned leader to head and scale the ERP Practice with a primary focus on Oracle Corporation ecosystem. This role will be responsible for building a high-growth, high-margin Oracle practice covering implementation, transformation, and managed services.
The Practice Head will own end-to-end practice strategy, P&L, capability development, and client engagement, with a strong emphasis on Oracle ERP Cloud, EBS, and NetSuite. The role requires a balance of business growth, delivery excellence, and deep domain expertise in ERP transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Practice Leadership & Strategy
- Define and execute the Oracle ERP practice growth roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
- Own revenue, margins, and P&L for the ERP practice.
- Build differentiated offerings across:
- Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion)
- Oracle EBS modernization
- NetSuite solutions
- Establish and scale Oracle-focused Centers of Excellence (CoEs).
- Drive innovation through automation, AI-enabled ERP, and industry-specific solutions.
2. Business Development & Client Engagement
- Act as practice sponsor for strategic Oracle ERP accounts.
- Drive ERP-led growth through upselling, cross-selling, and transformation programs.
- Partner with Sales to:
- Lead large ERP deals, RFPs, and pursuits
- Build solution narratives and transformation roadmaps
- Establish CXO-level relationships with enterprise clients.
- Strengthen partnerships with Oracle alliances and ecosystem partners.
3. Delivery Excellence & Governance
- Ensure successful delivery of Oracle ERP implementations and managed services.
- Establish strong program governance, delivery frameworks, and SLA adherence.
- Drive adoption of Agile, DevOps, and ERP delivery accelerators.
- Ensure high-quality outcomes across:
- Finance, SCM, HCM modules
- Integrations and data migration
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks across global engagements.
4. Capability Building & Talent Strategy
- Build and scale high-performing Oracle ERP teams (functional + technical).
- Develop solution architects, domain consultants, and delivery leaders.
- Create structured training, certification, and competency frameworks.
- Drive a hybrid workforce model (ERP experts + AI-enabled tools).
5. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and BU Heads to align ERP capabilities with market demand.
- Work closely with Cloud, Data, and AI teams for integrated transformation offerings.
- Mentor senior leaders and build next-level practice leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years in IT Services / Digital Transformation.
- 8+ years in leadership roles (Practice Head / Delivery Head / BU Head).
- Strong, hands-on experience in:
- Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion)
- Oracle EBS / NetSuite
- Proven P&L ownership and revenue growth track record.
- Experience in large-scale ERP transformation programs.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience building and scaling Oracle ERP practices (multi-million revenue).
- Strong exposure to global delivery models.
- Experience in Oracle partnerships / alliance management.
- Consulting-led background with solution-selling capability.
