Role: D365 F&O Practice Lead
Role JD:
- 15+ years in ERP / enterprise applications, with 8–10+ years in Dynamics 365 F&O / AX
- Proven experience leading large global D365 F&O implementations (multi‑country, multi‑entity)
- Strong hands-on background in Finance & Supply Chain
Technical & Functional Expertise
- Deep expertise in D365 Finance & Operations architecture and modules
- Strong understanding of integrations (CRM, Power Platform, third‑party ERPs, ISVs)
- Experience with data migration, upgrades (AX → D365), and cloud adoption
- Knowledge of ALM, security, compliance, and performance optimization in D365 F&O
Leadership & Soft Skills
- Strong executive presence with CXO‑level communication skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution
- Proven track record of building, scaling, and retaining high‑performing teams
- Excellent stakeholder management across clients, Microsoft, sales, and delivery
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications in D365 Finance / SCM / Solution Architecture
- Experience with Microsoft FastTrack, Success by Design, or Co‑sell programs
- Exposure to AI, Copilot, analytics, or automation in ERP contexts
R&R:
- Build industry‑aligned offerings across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Project Operations
- Drive revenue growth, pipeline development, and margin targets for the F&O practice
- Identify and incubate new offerings including AI‑enabled Finance & Supply Chain use cases, ERP‑adjacent CX, and analytics
- Provide overall delivery governance for D365 F&O implementation, upgrade, migration, and AMS programs
- Oversee global rollouts, multi‑legal‑entity deployments, and localization strategies
- Partner with Sales and Pre‑Sales teams to shape large D365 F&O deals, including solutioning, estimates, and proposals
- Lead Microsoft co‑sell motions, joint GTM initiatives, and industry campaigns
- Build strong relationships with Microsoft product teams, CSA, FastTrack, and Partner Development Managers
- Represent the practice in client CXO conversations, deal reviews, and roadmap discussions
