Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Practice Development Manager (PDM) is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth of aligner products by developing strong relationships with dental practitioners and clinics. The role focuses on practice onboarding, training, and enabling doctors to increase case submission and adoption of aligner treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for aligner cases.
  • Identify, onboard, and develop new dental practices for aligner sales.
  • Drive case conversion from potential to successful aligner treatments.

  • Relationship Management
  • Build long-term partnerships with key dental practitioners.
  • Address doctors queries and provide continuous clinical and business support.
  • Act as a liaison between the company, dentists, and patients for smooth execution.

  • Market Development & Strategy
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Support marketing initiatives like CMEs, workshops, and patient awareness programs.
  • Implement strategies to improve market penetration and brand visibility.

  • Reporting & Compliance
  • Ensure accurate reporting of daily visits, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
  • Adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
Key Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to influence and motivate doctors toward practice growth.
  • Sound understanding of dental/orthodontic concepts (preferred).
  • Target-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Graduate in Science / Pharmacy / Dentistry (preferred) or any relevant field.
  • 2–5 years of sales experience in dental.
  • Prior experience in aligner sales or dental practice development will be an added advantage.
Compensation:
  • Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives + Allowances (as per company policy).
