Role Description:-

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Practice Development Manager. The Candidate will develop and expand dental practices by promoting the company solution to orthodontists and dentists.The role involves onboarding new clinics , strengthening existing relationships , driving case conversion , and supporting doctors with training, treatment planning coordination, and practice growth strategies.

Qualifications:-

MBA, BBA, BPharma, BSc, or equivalent

1-3years of experience in dental, medical device,or healthcare sales preferred

Experience in aligners , dental devices, or practice development will be an added advantage

Strong communication , presentation, and relationship management skills

Ability to work independently and manage the assigned territory

Willingness to travel extensively

Job Description:-

Drive practice onboarding and growth for partner dental clinics

Build long-term relationships with orthodontists and dentists

Conduct product presentations, training sessions and demos

Support clinics with case conversion and treatment adoption

Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets

Provide management with market feedback and competitive insights.
