HCLTECH is Hiring for Procurement Analyst - US/UK Shift - Chennai
1. Roles & Responsibilities·
Create purchase requisition based on inputs from stakeholders at client side·
Process approved Purchase Requisitions and convert them into accurate Purchase Orders in ERP systems·
Validate pricing, quantities, delivery dates, tax codes and accounting details as provided in requisitions·
Track approval status and ensure turnaround times are met as per defined SLAs·
Issue approved Purchase Orders to vendors & obtain acknowledgement for each order·
Follow up with suppliers & respond to routine enquiries from requestors and suppliers related to PO status.·
Maintain transaction trackers and support audit and reporting requirements
2. Experience Requirements4 to 5 years of experience in procurement transactional operations or PR to PO processing roles (Indirect experience is preferred).
Oracle & Coupa experience is preffered.
3. Educational RequirementsAny bachelor's degree or degree in Commerce, Business Administration or equivalent
