Tangy Tech Media is a Mumbai-based boutique marketing agency dedicated exclusively to the restaurant, hotel and F&B sector. Founded by Candice Rachael - with 20+ years of in-house marketing leadership at some of India's most awarded hospitality brands including Olive Bar & Kitchen, Degustibus Hospitality (Indigo, Tote on the Turf, Indigo Delicatessen), Foodhall, Indian Accent, Comorin, Koloman NYC, Hosa, Ministry of Crab and more - The agency provides integrated marketing, brand strategy, PR, digital marketing, performance marketing, influencer marketing and fractional CMO services to restaurant founders, hotel leadership and international F&B brands entering India and the UAE.

We are building a dedicated PR and media relations practice and are looking for a driven, connected PR professional to own and grow this function.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We're hiring a PR Lead to own and grow PR for our restaurant and hotel clients.

This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who:

• Has built their career in F&B or hospitality PR
• Has real relationships with journalists and editors
• Understands how to build a media narrative around a restaurant brand

You will work directly with the Founder to lead PR strategy and execution across clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute PR strategies for restaurant and hotel clients
• Build and maintain relationships with editors, journalists and critics
• Pitch and secure media coverage (features, not just mentions)
• Lead PR for launches, campaigns, collaborations and brand milestones
• Manage press visits, media tastings and editorial coordination
• Own award nominations across key industry platforms
• Track media coverage and maintain reporting systems
• Collaborate with influencer marketing for integrated campaigns

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 4-7 years of PR experience working with restaurants, hotels or F&B brands
• Strong media relationships in food, lifestyle or hospitality
• Proven track record of securing Tier 1 press coverage
• Experience handling PR for launches or chef-led brands
• Excellent writing and communication skills
