PR & CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGIST

1. Corporate Communications & PR Strategy Plan, develop, and execute integrated PR and communications strategies that strengthen IIL's brand image and align with its business goals.

2. Narrative & Storytelling Build compelling corporate narratives that reinforce IIL's reputation and bring its vision and brand to life across all communications.

3. Agency Management Lead and drive partner PR and media agencies owning timelines, quality, and outcomes.

4. Media Relations Build and maintain strong relationships across business, mainstream, and industry media print, digital, and social.

5. Reputation & Crisis Management Develop and implement a crisis communication roadmap to proactively manage and mitigate risks to IIL's reputation.

6. Executive & CXO Positioning Drive thought leadership, personal branding, and media visibility for IIL's Directors across LinkedIn, top-tier media, industry forums, and internal employee engagement.

7. Employer Branding Lead employer branding through corporate and cultural narratives, in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.

8. Public Policy Communication Work with the policy team and agency to develop and execute public policy strategies for IIL.

9. Awards & Industry Recognition Lead and manage award nominations across relevant media and industry platforms.

Who You Are

• Bachelors in Communications, PR, or a related field
• Experience of 7+ years
• Proven experience in corporate communications and/or a PR agency
• Strong writer, sharp editor, and confident presenter to senior management
• Experienced in agency management and multi-stakeholder coordination
• Comfortable with digital tools, analytics, and AI platforms
