We're looking for a dynamic PR Business Development Manager to join our growing team and lead client acquisition, relationship management, and brand partnerships.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Master's degree or MBA (preferred, but not mandatory).

Key Responsibilities:

Strong understanding of PR strategies, media relations, branding, and digital marketing trends.

Develop strong client relationships and understand their communication needs.

Pitch PR and marketing strategies to potential clients.

Collaborate with the internal team to create customized proposals and campaigns.

Meet revenue targets and expand the agency's business network.

Represent the agency at industry events, networking meets, and pitch sessions.

Requirements:

57 years of Proven experience in business development, client servicing, or sales within a PR, advertising, or marketing agency. (agency background preferred).

Strong network and understanding of media, PR & marketing landscape.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation & close skills.

Proficiency in zoho workdrive, canva , CRM tools, and presentation software.

Experience in creating and presenting PR/marketing proposals and pitches.
