Job Title: PR & Brand Communications Coordinator

Location: Bengaluru

About the Role

At Zyeta, we don't just design workplaces we build narratives around them. We're looking for a dynamic, camera-ready communicator who lives at the intersection of storytelling, people, and brand. If you're someone who can draft a crisp project brief in the morning, coordinate a shoot by afternoon, and manage a vendor call before end of day we want to talk.

What You'll Do

Brand & Content Communication

- Support the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies aligned with Zyeta's brand voice

- Draft compelling project briefs, write-ups, and communication collaterals that translate design work into powerful brand stories

- Actively contribute to social media and digital marketing initiatives from content planning to post coordination

On-Camera & Visual Storytelling

- Be a confident, presentable face of the brand on video for reels, walkthroughs, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content

- Coordinate and support end-to-end video production including scheduling, shot planning, and on-ground execution

- Liaise with photographers, videographers, and creative teams to ensure brand-consistent visual output

Project & Client Communications

- Act as the communication bridge between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders ensuring information flows clearly and on time

- Gather project documentation, coordinate inputs across design, BD, and project management teams, and maintain structured communication records

- Support the preparation of project stories and case study material for marketing use

PR & External Relations

- Assist in managing relationships with media partners, publications, and industry platforms

- Support outreach for press features, award submissions, and thought leadership opportunities

- Handle sponsorship communication and partnership coordination for events and initiatives

Events & Advocacy

- Support the planning and execution of internal events, team activations, and external brand moments

- Champion internal team advocacy keeping the team informed, engaged, and aligned with brand campaigns

- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and third-party agencies ensuring timely and quality deliverables

Who You Are - Qualifications | Skills | Requirements

- A Mass Communication graduate with a natural flair for storytelling across formats written, verbal, and visual

- Comfortable and confident in front of the camera not just willing, but genuinely at ease

- A connector by nature you build relationships effortlessly across teams, vendors, and external partners

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously without dropping the ball

- Curious about design, architecture, and workplace culture you don't need to be an expert, but you need to care
