Job Description

Magnet Brains Software Technology Private Limited is looking for aPPC (Pay Per Click) Specialistto manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns forPabbly. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and improving PPC campaigns across various platforms to drive high-quality leads and maximize return on ad spend.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels.
  • Take full ownership and accountability for planning, executing, and improving campaign performance.
  • MaintainROAS above 3while optimizing campaign budgets and performance.
  • Create engagingvideo and image ad creativesfor campaigns.
  • Plan and manage campaign budgets, including increasing or decreasing budgets based on performance insights.
  • Set up and manage propercustomer attribution tracking(Pixel, CAPI, etc.).
  • Prepare and sharedaily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports.
  • Conduct competitor research and stay updated about product USPs and market trends.
  • Experiment with new creatives, ad formats, and campaign strategies to improve results.
  • Coordinate withSales and Product teamsto gather insights and improve ad performance.
  • Ensurelanding pages and funnels are optimizedfor better conversion rates.
  • Create and maintain properSOPs and documentationfor PPC processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest PPC tools, trends, and best practices.
Skills Required
  • Strong understanding ofPPC campaign management and optimization
  • Experience withGoogle Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms
  • Knowledge ofconversion tracking, pixels, and attribution tools
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and make performance-driven decisions
  • Creative mindset for developing ad creatives and testing new ideas
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
