About the Role:
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Marketplace Ads Specialist to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Amazon and leading Quick Commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, marketplace advertising, and campaign optimization, with a strong focus on driving visibility, sales, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
This role requires expertise in managing end-to-end advertising operations across Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central and Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart Minutes, and leading e-pharmacy platforms.
Candidates without prior Ads/Performance Marketing experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart Minutes, and e-pharmacy platforms.
- Plan, execute, and monitor Sponsored Ads campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and platform-specific ad formats.
- Set up campaigns, manage budgets, bids, targeting, and day-to-day ad operations.
- Conduct keyword research and implement bidding strategies to improve visibility, traffic, and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics such as Impressions, Clicks, CTR, Conversions, Sales, ACOS, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
- Analyze campaign data to identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable improvements.
- Continuously optimize keywords, bids, budgets, targeting, and audience strategies to maximize ROI.
- Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and client/business presentations with meaningful insights.
- Collaborate with catalog, creative, pricing, sales, and client-facing teams to align advertising strategies with business objectives.
- Ensure reporting accuracy, campaign hygiene, and timely execution of all advertising activities.
- Stay updated on marketplace advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Marketplace Advertising, Amazon Ads, Performance Marketing, Retail Media, or Quick Commerce Advertising.
- Proven experience managing advertising campaigns on Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
- Experience working on Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart Minutes, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of PPC advertising, keyword strategy, bidding models, and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent attention to detail and execution accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Retail Media Networks, E-commerce Marketplaces, and Quick Commerce advertising platforms.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
- Experience handling multiple brands, categories, or client accounts.
- Understanding of inventory, pricing, and catalog optimization in relation to advertising performance.
