The Role

We are looking for a PPC and Paid Ads Specialist who understands that B2B paid media operates on fundamentally different principles than D2C or ecommerce advertising. The ideal candidate thinks in terms of pipeline contribution and cost per qualified opportunity, with a clear understanding of how ad spend connects to revenue outcomes.

You will own paid media strategy and execution across our client portfolio, primarily Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. You will work closely with our SEO, content, design, and conversion optimisation teams to build full-funnel campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes for B2B companies with complex sales cycles.

This role requires someone who connects ad spend to revenue, holds informed opinions about landing page strategy, and presents results in language that CEOs and CFOs actually care about. Campaign setup and bid optimisation are table stakes; the real value lies in commercial thinking.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage full-funnel paid campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads for multiple B2B clients
  • Develop targeting strategies for B2B buying committees on LinkedIn and intent-based keyword strategies on Google
  • Manage client budgets ($5K to $50K/month) with a clear pipeline-efficiency mindset
  • Set up tracking infrastructure: GA4, UTM frameworks, conversion tracking, CRM integration
  • Build reporting that ties paid media to pipeline metrics, not just platform metrics
  • Collaborate with zazzy's design team on landing page strategy and A/B testing
  • Support ABM initiatives with targeted LinkedIn campaigns

What You Bring

Must-Have

  • 4-6 years managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads for B2B clients
  • Understand of B2B sales cycle process and working on MQL targets accordingly
  • Strong GA4 and attribution knowledge
  • Comfort reporting on pipeline contribution and revenue influence, not just CTR and CPC
  • Budget management discipline across multiple client accounts

Preferred

  • ABM campaign experience on LinkedIn
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce and how paid data flows into CRM
  • Landing page optimisation understanding
  • Experience in a multi-client agency environment
  • Background with B2B SaaS or technology companies
