- 3-5 years of experience in Google Ads campaign management, meta ads management
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and thoughtfully (both written and verbal)
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and deadlines
- High level of personal accountability and follow-through
- Passion for helping others win and going the extra mile
- Able to work independently
- Knowledge of Google analytics
